Why prefab in Attica
Less dust in the neighbourhood, fewer days with an open site
In the Athens suburbs plots are usually fenced, streets narrow and neighbours close. A concrete pool means formwork, rebar, mixer trucks and weeks of waiting. A prefab pool arrives with its walls already cut at the factory. On site we bolt them together, level them, pour a concrete ring round the base and line the inside with a PVC membrane.

You choose the colour of the water
Under the strong Attica sun the membrane changes the whole look. White gives bright turquoise, sand feels like a beach, light grey a cool blue-green and black turns the water into a mirror. We bring samples to the site visit so you see them in your own light.

Which parts of Attica do you cover?
All of Attica: Athens and Piraeus, the northern and southern suburbs, Mesogeia, the east coast, Lavreotiki, Oropos, West Attica, plus Salamina and Aegina. Our office is in Kallithea.
How long does the build take?
Work on the plot takes a few weeks, because the walls arrive ready-made. Before that comes the time for the small-scale works approval. The schedule is written into the quote.
Why is there no price list?
Because two pools of the same size can cost very differently: rock digs differently from soil, and a digger driving into an open plot is not the same as one squeezing through a narrow passage. We give a written price only after seeing the space.
What warranty does the pool have?
The Haogenplast membrane has a ten-year written warranty from the manufacturer. Equipment carries its own brand warranty, and we stand behind the construction.
