Designed for many guests
A rental pool gets much more use than a family one. Guests change every few days, with sunscreen, sand and different habits. We suggest a bigger filter, more inlets, a shower beside the pool and automatic chlorine dosing.
Easy upkeep for the manager
The manager of an Airbnb is not a pool technician. With automatic pH and chlorine control, a timer and a cleaning robot, their job comes down to a quick check between bookings. More on maintenance.
Rules and safety
Short-term lets have their own obligations for guest safety. Signs with pool rules, depth marked on the edge, lighting for the evening and non-slip materials are the minimum. Check the current obligations with your accountant or engineer.
Photos that sell
